Riccardo deals with the role of companies and business in general on society by taking a systemic and holistic approach to sustainability. In particular, he deals with social and environmental responsibility, business ethics, greenwashing, fair and just transition, sustainability performance measurement and reporting, and modern slavery.

Riccardo trained in the field of Management during his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree and then focused during his PhD on the topic of sustainability and ethics in business, delving into the different facets of the relationship between business and society.

Riccardo aims to create positive social impact through its various research, teaching and outreach activities, particularly for the benefit of the students and companies with which it collaborates. The numerous collaborative relationships with other civil society actors are also very important. In all these activities, Riccardo aims to facilitate a critical approach to sustainability and the study of the impacts of business on people and the environment.

Riccardo is available to evaluate collaboration proposals of various kinds: participation in events, writing reports-articles-books-technical papers, participation in research projects, lectures and training courses, consultancy and coaching to companies and organisations, scientific assessments and opinions.
